Website analytics a busy owner can read in a minute

Short answer: Alongside AI attribution, Which AI Sent includes everyday website analytics on its Visitors page: visitors each day, where they came from, the websites that sent them, your most viewed pages, time on site, new and returning visitors, phone or computer, and how many got in touch. Pick the last 7, 30 or 90 days. There’s nothing to configure.

Why we added it

Owners kept telling us the same thing: “I have Google Analytics. I never open it.” GA4 is powerful and built for analysts. A mover or a dentist wants five answers, quickly: is traffic up or down, where is it coming from, which pages do people read, do they stay, and do they contact us.

Since Which AI Sent already counts every visit to work out which came from AI, showing the rest was a small step.

What’s on the page

  • A clean graph of visitors each day, with Search, AI and Direct shown by default and other sources one tick away. For 90 days it switches to weekly points so the line stays readable.
  • Headline numbers for the period, with the change against the period before.
  • Where visitors come from: search engines, AI assistants, direct, social, paid ads, email and referrals.
  • Websites that sent you visitors, by name: the directory, the local news article, the partner’s links page.
  • Most viewed pages and the pages people land on first.
  • Time on site, counted only while the page is actually open and in view, and compared by source.
  • New and returning visitors, and phone against computer.
  • Got in touch: forms sent and taps on your phone and message links.

The detail sits in pull-downs. The top of the page is the graph and the headline numbers, and you open the rest only when you want it.

GA4 wins on depth, custom reports, ads integration and history. If you use those, keep it: the two run side by side without getting in each other’s way. A fuller comparison is in Which AI Sent vs GA4.

Privacy

The tracker stores page addresses without the personal details that sometimes ride along in links, never reads passwords or payment fields, and can wait for your cookie banner’s consent where the law requires it. What we collect and why is listed on the data page.

FAQ

Website analytics

Does Which AI Sent replace Google Analytics?

For everyday questions such as how many visitors, from where and to which pages, many owners find it is enough. GA4 goes deeper on custom reports and advertising, so teams that rely on those should keep both.

How is time on site measured?

Only while the page is open and in view. Time spent with the tab in the background is not counted, which makes the figure lower and more honest than a simple first-to-last-click measure.

Which time periods can I see?

The last 7, 30 or 90 days. The 90-day graph is drawn in weekly points so it stays readable.

Is website analytics included in the Free plan?

Yes. The Visitors page is included on every plan.
