Terms of service

These terms apply when you use Which AI Sent (the “service”), which is operated by Tamitechs (“we”, “us”). By creating an account, installing our script or using a dashboard, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business you represent (“you”). If you’ve signed a separate agreement with us, that agreement takes priority where the two differ.

1. The service

Which AI Sent measures how visitors, leads and revenue arrive at your business, and estimates which of them came from AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and Copilot. It includes a tracking script, dashboards, reports and data exports. We may improve or change features over time. If we remove something you depend on, we’ll give you reasonable notice.

2. Attribution is an estimate

Our reports label each lead by the evidence behind it (confirmed, declared, assisted or other), but no attribution method is complete. Some AI-influenced customers will never be identified, and customers sometimes misremember how they found you. You’re responsible for the decisions you make using the reports. We don’t guarantee any particular result or level of accuracy.

3. Your responsibilities

• Install the script only on websites you own or are authorised to manage.
• Tell your website visitors about analytics and tracking in your privacy policy, and get any consent your local law requires. Our data & tracking page has wording you can adapt.
• Only upload or enter data you’re allowed to share with us.
• Keep your access keys and dashboard links private. Anyone who has them can see that dashboard.
• Don’t use the service to collect sensitive categories of data such as health, financial account or government ID information, and don’t add fields for them to forms the script reads.

4. Agencies

If you’re an agency using the service for your clients, you’re responsible for having their permission to install the script and share their data with us, and for their use of any dashboard you give them.

5. Your data

You own the data collected for your business. You let us process it only to provide and support the service, as described in our privacy policy. You can export it at any time. We may use aggregated, de-identified statistics that can’t identify you or any person to improve the service, such as understanding how common AI referrals are across the industry.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t attempt to access other customers’ data, disrupt the service, reverse-engineer it to build a competing product, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend access if you do, or if we need to in order to protect the service or other customers.

7. Fees

Pilots and paid plans are agreed with you in writing, including the price, if any, and the billing period. Unless we agree otherwise, fees are payable in advance and aren’t refundable for partial periods.

8. Ending the service

You can stop using the service at any time by removing the script and letting us know. We can end the service with 30 days’ notice, or immediately if you seriously breach these terms. After it ends, you have 30 days to export your data, and then we delete it as our privacy policy describes.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t legally be limited.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we’ll email customers at least 14 days before it takes effect. If you keep using the service after that, you accept the new terms.
