How to get AI leads into Jobber, Housecall Pro and ServiceTitan
Short answer: Jobber, Housecall Pro and ServiceTitan don’t know when a customer found you through ChatGPT. Which AI Sent now has a guided connection for each one: leads arrive as a Jobber client or request, a Housecall Pro customer or a ServiceTitan booking, already tagged with the AI assistant that sent them. Each uses the tool’s official Zapier app.
Plumbers, roofers, electricians and HVAC companies increasingly get a call that starts with “I asked ChatGPT who to use.” It’s a good lead. It’s also invisible in the software you run the business from, where it lands as a plain web lead.
How it works
Which AI Sent watches your website and knows which visitors came from an AI assistant. When one of them sends your form or taps your number, it passes the lead on with extra fields, including ai_platform (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and so on), ai_confidence (how sure we are), what the customer said when asked how they heard about you, and the pages they viewed.
Jobber, Housecall Pro and ServiceTitan each publish an official Zapier app that accepts new records. So the route is: Which AI Sent → Zapier → your software. In your dashboard, open Integrations and pick your tool. The steps for it appear on the page.
Jobber
- In Zapier, create a Zap with the trigger Webhooks by Zapier → Catch Hook and copy the address.
- In Which AI Sent, open Integrations → Jobber, paste the address and click Save, then Send a test lead.
- Back in Zapier, add the action Jobber → Create Client or Create Request. Map name, phone and email, and put
ai_platformin the lead source field.
Housecall Pro
- Same first two steps, choosing Housecall Pro in Integrations.
- In Zapier, add Housecall Pro → Create New Customer. Map name, phone and email, and put
ai_platformin Tags, so the customer is tagged “ChatGPT”.
Housecall Pro’s Zapier connection depends on your Housecall Pro plan, so check yours includes it.
ServiceTitan
- In ServiceTitan, go to Settings → Integrations → Booking Providers → Add Tag and name it “Which AI Sent”.
- Create the Zapier Catch Hook, paste its address into Integrations → ServiceTitan, save and send a test lead.
- In Zapier, add ServiceTitan → Create Booking, choose your booking provider tag, map the contact details and put
ai_platformin the summary.
Why Zapier, and not a direct connection?
These three tools only let outside software create records through their approved apps, and Zapier is the one each of them supports officially. We’d rather give you a route that works today than promise a button that doesn’t exist. Where a tool does offer an open door, we use it: SmartMoving connects directly with one key, and GoHighLevel takes leads by webhook with no Zapier at all.
Getting revenue back
To see money from AI, not only leads, the booked job has to come back. Three ways: mark the lead Won in Which AI Sent, add a Zap that sends “job completed” to your private update address (it’s on the Integrations page), or import a weekly CSV export.
Contractor CRMs and AI leads
Can Jobber show that a lead came from ChatGPT?
Yes, once the lead is sent in with that information. Which AI Sent passes the AI assistant as a field, and you map it to Jobber’s lead source when the Zap creates the client or request.
Is there a direct ServiceTitan integration?
Not a direct one. ServiceTitan accepts outside leads through its official Zapier app as bookings, using a booking provider tag you create in ServiceTitan settings. Which AI Sent provides the steps and the lead data.
Do I need a paid Zapier plan?
Zaps that start from a webhook need a paid Zapier plan. Make works on its free plan for many tools, and GoHighLevel and SmartMoving need neither.
Which plan includes these connections?
CRM connections are part of the Pro and Agency plans of Which AI Sent.
