Revenue attribution for AI search

Which AI sent that customer?

People now ask ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity who to hire and where to buy. Which AI Sent shows you the leads, bookings and revenue you can trace to those AI recommendations, the evidence for every one, and whether AI recommends you at all.

Early reviews

What the first users say

We launched in September 2026. These are the public reviews so far, each linked to where it was posted.

“I like that it goes beyond just showing AI traffic. You can actually see if someone came from ChatGPT or another AI tool and whether they turned into a lead or customer.”

“I’m not an analytics person, and this was still easy to follow. Setup took a couple of minutes, and the dashboard shows leads and revenue in plain terms.”

Does ChatGPT recommend your business?

We ask ChatGPT three questions your customers would ask, with live web search, and show whether you’re named, who’s named instead, and whether AI can read your site. No sign-up.

The problem

Your analytics can’t see AI customers

AI assistants have become a front door for businesses, but the usual tools lose track of the people who come in through it.

01

The click never happens

Someone asks ChatGPT for a good plumber nearby and gets three names. They search for yours on Google and call. Your reports credit Google.

02

The source gets dropped

Visits from AI apps on phones often arrive without saying where they came from, so they land in “direct” with everyone who typed your address.

03

Google’s AI looks like Google

Clicks from AI Overviews and AI Mode are recorded as ordinary search. We label that clearly instead of guessing.

How it works

Connected in a minute, then it runs on its own

Nothing to migrate and nothing to replace. It works alongside the tools you already use.

1

Connect your website in one click

Pick WordPress or Wix and approve on the platform’s own screen. No code to copy. Anything else, including Google Tag Manager, takes one line (all platforms). Then click Test it now and watch your own visit arrive.

2

Ask one question

“How did you first hear about us?” catches people who asked an AI and then called or searched your name. We can add it to your contact forms for you, and you log phone calls in a click.

3

See the leads and the money

Every lead lands in your inbox with how they found you and every page they read. Move it to Won and the revenue counts, or let your CRM send the win back automatically.

Why you can trust the numbers

We’d rather undercount than overclaim

Every lead in your report says how we know where it came from. No evidence, no AI credit. That makes every AI figure a minimum: some AI-influenced customers can’t be seen by any tool, and we say so on your dashboard.

Confirmed

We saw the same visitor arrive from an AI tool, then contact you or buy within 90 days.

Clicked a link in ChatGPT, browsed, filled in your form a week later.

Declared

The customer told you they found you through an AI tool when asked.

“I asked Gemini for plumbers in Austin and you came up.”

Assisted

Written evidence that AI influenced the choice, but another channel completed it. A hunch doesn’t count.

They came in through Google, but told you on the call that ChatGPT had shortlisted you.

Everything else

Google, Facebook, Yelp, referrals, direct. Reported just as clearly, so AI’s share is measured against your whole business.

What you get

Everything you need to show what AI is worth

Lead inbox with the full journey

Every lead with how they found you, what they said, and each page they read before getting in touch. Move leads from New to Won, add notes, log calls.

Does AI recommend you?

Every week we ask ChatGPT what a customer would ask, like “best roofer in Dallas”, and show whether you’re named, who’s named instead, and which sites it trusted.

Click any number, see the proof

Click your AI revenue and see the customers behind it, each with the visit-by-visit evidence and a log of every change.

Sends leads to your CRM

Zapier, Make, GoHighLevel, HubSpot and more, tagged with the AI source. Won deals come back and your AI revenue updates itself.

Traffic by source, day by day

AI next to Google, direct, social and ads, with the share of organic traffic coming from AI. Plus instant alerts when AI sends you a lead.

Private by design

No IP addresses stored, no ad cookies, nothing sold. Loads asynchronously for negligible page-speed impact.

Why not just Google Analytics?

Analytics counts visits. We follow them to customers.

Leads and revenue, not sessions

Analytics can tell you ChatGPT sent 40 visits. We tell you which 3 became customers, what they were worth, and show the proof for each.

The customers analytics can’t see

People who asked an AI and then called or searched your name never show up as AI in analytics. The “How did you hear about us?” answer and phone-lead logging bring them in.

Built for owners, not analysts

One-click setup, no reports to configure, and a weekly email in plain English. Plus the part analytics can’t do at all: checking whether AI recommends you.

For agencies

Sell AI visibility? Prove it in dollars.

Rankings and citation screenshots are hard to put a price on. “ChatGPT sent you eight booked jobs worth $14,800 last month” isn’t. Run every client from one account and give each a private dashboard.

Every client eventually asks “what am I actually getting for this?” Now you can answer with their own revenue.

FAQ

Questions people ask first

Does it work for my kind of business?

If customers find you online and then contact you, book or buy, yes: service businesses, trades, law and accounting firms, local shops, online stores and agencies. The one exception is healthcare: our terms don’t allow the service on healthcare providers’ websites.

How do I install it?

Usually with one click. Enter your website and we detect how it’s built. For WordPress, Wix or Google Tag Manager, click Connect and approve on that platform’s own screen, which lists exactly what we can do. Shopify and Webflow are in the platforms’ review. Until then, and for anything else, it’s one line of code, and we can email it to your web developer. All platforms.

How do I know it’s working?

Click Test it now in your dashboard. We open your website as if a customer came from ChatGPT, and the visit appears on your screen within seconds. Test visits never count in your numbers. If your site ever stops sending visits, we email you.

Will it slow my website down?

It’s designed for negligible impact. The script is small, loads asynchronously after your page, and only sends a tiny message when a visit starts or someone gets in touch.

Do you need access to my CRM?

No. You can track leads and mark sales right in your dashboard. If you use a CRM, connect it in Integrations: new leads are sent there tagged with their AI source, and won deals come back so your AI revenue updates itself. Shopify orders are counted automatically.

What about customers who phone?

The website can’t see phone calls, so this part depends on asking “How did you first hear about us?”. Your report shows how often it’s asked, so you know how complete the picture is.

Doesn’t GA4 track AI traffic now?

GA4 added an AI Assistant channel in 2026, and it’s useful for counting AI visits. With conversions set up, it can count the leads from them too. What it can’t see is people who asked an AI and then called or searched your name, and it doesn’t show each lead by name with the evidence behind it. Which AI Sent does that part with no setup. Which AI Sent vs GA4.

Can you track Google’s AI Overviews?

Not separately. Google records those clicks as normal search, so they appear under Google unless the customer tells you otherwise. We label this clearly rather than guess.

What data do you collect?

Before someone contacts you: a random ID, where the visit came from, the pages they view and the device type. When they submit a form: the contact details they typed into it. No IP addresses, no ad cookies, nothing sold. Details on our data & tracking page.

How much does it cost?

See our plans and pricing. There’s a free plan for one website, and paid plans from $20 a month add weekly AI visibility checks, CRM integrations and more websites. No card required.
