From “AI sent 40 visitors” to “do this next”

Short answer: The Home page of Which AI Sent now has a What to do next card. It reads the last 90 days of your data (which AI assistant sent each visitor, the page they landed on, whether they became a lead and what they spent) and turns it into a short list of suggestions, each with the numbers behind it.

Most reports stop at a number. “ChatGPT sent 98 visitors” is true, and it leaves you with the obvious question: so what? The useful part is what the number means for next week. That’s the gap this card closes.

What it looks at

Which AI Sent already records the full path: the AI assistant a visitor came from, the first page they saw, whether they filled in a form or tapped your phone number, and whether that lead was booked and for how much. The new card compares those paths with each other and with your non-AI visitors.

The suggestions you might see

SuggestionWhat it’s based on
“Visitors from AI become leads 4× as often as your other visitors”Leads per visit from AI assistants against leads per visit from everywhere else
“Gemini sends visitors but no leads yet. ChatGPT is the one that pays”Visits and leads for each assistant, side by side
“5 of your 8 AI leads first landed on /long-distance-moving”The first page each AI lead saw
“AI sent 26 visitors to /pricing and none of them got in touch”Pages with AI visitors and no leads, while other pages do convert
“2 leads from AI are still marked New”AI leads nobody has answered for two days or more
“ChatGPT recommends you for 2 of 3 questions”Your latest AI visibility check, next to how well AI visitors convert
“A customer from AI is worth $2,175 on average, against $1,595”Booked value of AI jobs against all other jobs

Each one comes with a plain next step and a button that opens the right page. Unanswered leads always come first, because that is the fastest money on the page.

Why it stays quiet when it should

A suggestion built on six visits is a guess. So every rule has a minimum: at least 30 visits on each side before comparing conversion rates, at least 15 visits before saying anything about one assistant or one page, at least 3 leads before naming a best page. If your website is new or quiet, the card doesn’t appear. That’s deliberate: we would rather say nothing than tell you to rebuild a page because of one unlucky week.

Leads you learned about by phone or from the “How did you first hear about us?” question still count as AI leads everywhere in the dashboard. They are left out of the per-visit comparisons only, because they didn’t arrive as a tracked visit and including them would flatter the AI number.

Visibility, attribution and a recommendation in one place

AI visibility tools tell you whether an assistant mentions you. Analytics tools tell you who visited. Neither connects the two to revenue. Because Which AI Sent holds both sides, it can say something neither can: “You’re left out of this question, and when AI does send you visitors, 4% become leads, so this one is worth fixing.” (More on the difference: AI visibility vs AI attribution.)

Where to find it

Open your dashboard. The card sits on Home, under the visitors graph. It shows the top three suggestions, with the rest behind “Show more”. Suggestions about leads and revenue need a paid plan; on the Free plan you’ll see the ones based on traffic.

FAQ

What to do next

How does Which AI Sent decide what to suggest?

It compares the last 90 days of your own data: visits and leads by AI assistant, the first page each AI visitor saw, booked revenue, unanswered leads and your latest AI visibility check. Each suggestion shows the counts it is based on.

Why don’t I see the What to do next card?

It only appears when there is enough data to say something reliable, for example at least 30 visits on each side of a comparison. New or low-traffic websites won’t see it yet.

Does it use AI to write the suggestions?

No. The suggestions come from fixed rules applied to your numbers, so the same data always gives the same answer and every claim can be checked against the counts shown.

Which plan includes it?

Every plan shows suggestions based on traffic. Suggestions that use leads, bookings and revenue are part of the paid plans, which is where that data is available.
